Even in retirement Rose and I do not like wasting our time on things just to say we &#8220;did&#8221; something. \u00a0A fine example of this is visiting the cozy confines of McGonigels Mucky Duck and engaging in acoustic bliss with bands like the South Austin Moonlighters. \u00a0We have crossed paths before, but it had been awhile for our busy schedules to match. \u00a0And match they did indeed!<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv5522491701yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495220765780_3458\" dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv5522491701yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495220765780_3458\" dir=\"ltr\">SAM is Phil Hurley on electric guitar and a &#8220;gizmo&#8221; he brought along this night, Phil Bass on smooth as silk skins, Chris Beall on bookend electric matching Hurley&#8217;s efforts, and the man in the middle keeping this machine purrin&#8217; Lonnie Trevino on bass! They are celebrating six years together already and just seem to be getting better.
