One such performer, Amanda Pearcy, brought her full band to the cozy confines of McGonigel’s Mucky Duck for her CD release party.

The CD, titled “An Offering,” was played from start to finish and was well received. The band backing Pearcy, who did the vocals and acoustic guitar, consisted of Andrew Carrell on bass, Carles Zanetti on skins, Stefano Intelisano on silky keys and stud electric guitar work by Cole Hanson.

AP has a smokey nasal twang that blended very well with the bluesy keys and guitar jams all night especially on cuts “Wish I was in Heaven Sitting Down”, “Ribbons and Bows” and killer “Every Now and Then”.
